Absence of difference in the level of neurofascin/P2-specific T cells between CTS patients and healthy controls. ELISPOT assay was used for detection of interferon (IFN)-γ-secreting cells following stimulation with peripheral myelin antigens in PBMCs from CTS patients (n = 26) and normal controls (n = 26). There was no difference between groups in the total number of IFN-γ spots per million cells in response to neurofascin (A) and P2 myelin (B). Data are expressed as mean + SEM.
