Cells of EcMinCCTD-Aahelix3 exhibited much longer cell morphology than WT (A~D) and complementation of MinC-helix3 to MinC-KO strains could not help cells regain the ability of cell division regulation (E~H), verifying that the Aahelix3 influenced the normal cell division in cells.
