(j) Western blotting analysis of normal human epidermal extract using the indicated IgM/IgG hybrid molecules as primary antibodies. The antibody detects a range of glycosylated epidermal antigen ranging from 75–250 kDa. Cropped blots are shown and full length blots are shown in Supplementary Fig. S2.
