Blood flow during stable period 1 minute prior to tourniquet application (21% inspired O2) vs. Reactive Hyperemia Peak. Laser Doppler data for Day 28 (n = 10) and Day 84 (n = 12) both show a peak significantly higher than 21% room air in the control limb, but not in the ligated limb.
