Vertical bars at each data point represent standard error in the relative quantification among the three biological replicates. X-axis represents fruit development and ripening stages and Y-axis represents relative transcript abundance. The horizontal bar above each histogram represents the expression level of the same transcript as obtained through RNAseq analysis, wherein dark-red color indicates higher expression and light-green color indicates lower expression. Gene names are as referred in result section “Transcriptome validation through qRT PCR”.
