(B) GTPγS-recruited LRBA co-localizes with giantin. Both primary antibodies were from rabbit; the giantin antibody was applied after the LRBA primary and secondary antibody, and subsequent blocking with anti-rabbit Fab fragments. The control without giantin antibody confirms the blocking efficiency. (C) GTPγS-recruited LRBA and NBEA co-localize. Using cytosol from LRBA-KO brain, the LRBA signal is selectively lost.
