TM: Transmembrane domain. (C) Neighbour-joining tree of RIG-I and MAVS was constructed using protein sequences of CARD domains. The numbers at nodes indicate bootstrap values. The phylogenetic tree was built with Mega v5.05. The neighbour-joining method was used to calculate the trees, with 1000 bootstrap tests.
