The total number of potentially toxic taxa – Microcystis (a) and Planktothrix (b), and the number of their toxic genotypes in the studied Great Masurian Lakes in 2012 and 2013, based on real-time PCR analyses. Mam – Lake Mamry, Tao – Lake Tałtowisko, Mik – Lake Mikołajskie, Ryn – Lake Ryńskie, Sni – Lake Śniardwy. Numbers denote month and year of the sampling.
