Relative IAP mRNA levels in different tissues of A. glabripennis larvae. Total RNA isolated from different tissues dissected from A. glabripennis larvae was used in RT-qPCR to quantify IAP mRNA levels using GAPDH mRNA levels for normalization. The letters show the significance of the difference in mRNA levels among tissues tested; calculated using one-way ANOVA, Tukey Test (P < 0.05, N = 3).
