Note that the antibody against βMHC reacts with human-derived graft cardiomyocytes but not with rat-derived host cardiomyocytes. (d–i) Magnified images of (a–c). While the sarcomere structure was easily observed in the grafts of the PSC/MG group, it was relatively rarely observed in the HyStem and PSC/HyStem groups.
