Hypoxia treatment promoted the expression of CSCs’ markers in ovarian cancer cells. (AH) RT-PCR was performed to detect the expression of CD133, CD44 and Nanog in ovarian cancer cells SKOV3 and HO8910 after 12 h and 24 h of hypoxia treatment, GAPDH was used as an internal reference. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001.
