Hypoxia treatment induced the chemoresistance and tumorigenesis in ovarian cancer cells. (A–D) Cell viability of SKOV3 and HO8910 cells with chemotherapy under normoxia and hypoxia condition was determined by CCK-8 assay. Data of three replicates are shown as means (±SD). *P < 0.05. 5-Fu: 5-fluorouracil. (E) Tumorigenesis of SKOV3 and HO8910 cells was detected after cultured with hypoxia for 24 h.
