The expression of CSCs’ markers and chemoresistance were decreased by interfering HIF1α expression in hypoxia condition. (A and B) The expression of HIF-1α was confirmed after using HIF-1α-specific siRNA by western blot, GAPDH was used as an internal reference. Control siRNA was used as control. (C and D) RT-PCR was performed to detect the expression of CD133, CD44 and Nanog in ovarian cancer cells SKOV3 and HO8910 after 24 h of HIF-1α siRNA treatment in hypoxia condition.
