From: Expansion of cytotoxic natural killer cells using irradiated autologous peripheral blood mononuclear cells and anti-CD16 antibody

NK cells expanded by the combination of the αCD16 mAb with IrAPs show significantly increased secretion of IFN-γ after encountering target cancer cells. The IFN-γ ELISpot assays were performed as described in the methods. The results are shown as the average number of spots per 105 responders ± SD. The assay was conducted in triplicate for each donor (n = 5). The statistical significance was determined by one-way ANOVA. # P < 0.05, ## P < 0.005, ### P < 0.0005 (#NK alone versus other groups). *P < 0.05, **P < 0.005, (*NK + IrAPs versus other groups).
