NK cells expanded by the combination of the αCD16 mAb with IrAPs show increased cytotoxic activity toward cancer cells. The cytotoxicity assays were performed as described in the methods. (A) Data are presented as the average cytotoxicity ± SD against K562 cells. (B) Data are presented as the average cytotoxicity ± SD against A549, MCF-7, K562, or SW480 cells. All the experiments were conducted in triplicate for each donor (n = 5).
