From: Correcting for photodestruction in super-resolution optical fluctuation imaging
Comparison of correction methods on 2nd and 3rd order SOFI images of experimental data. An image sequence of 4,000 frames of HeLa cells expressing Dronpa-Krt19 was recorded. The widefield image is an average image of this sequence. A batch size of 25 frames was used to generate the batching-corrected SOFI image. Scale bar 5 μm.
