HG induces an EndoMT-like process in cultured GECs. (A) Compared to expression in the NG group, HG markedly downregulated the expression of endothelial markers CD31 and VE- cadherin and up-regulated the expression of the mesenchymal markers α-SMA and FSP-1 in cultured GECs.
