Aptamer IBRV-A4 inhibits plaque formation in MDBK cells. Plaques developed in MDBK cells after the addition of different treatments (A). MDBK cells were treated with either PBS (Mock), BoHV-1 only (Control), DNA library (Library) or aptamer IBRV-A4 (IBRV-A4). Plaques were stained using 0.1% toluidine blue in saline.
