To visualize the effect of exposure on the miRNAs we divided the cohort, based on the quantiles of the cumulative Z-Score, into low, middle and high exposed subjects (54, 100 and 53 subjects; 1^st, 2^nd + 3^rd, 4^th quantile respectively).
