The plot of the extracted ratio c/a of the lattice parameters as a function of the number of uc from the Z-contrast images of cross-sectional TEM specimens of (a) S3 and (b) S5. Each data point was obtained by averaging a set of 10 measurements from unit cells arranged parallel to the interface. The error bars indicate the standard error of the measurements. The blue dashed lines are a guide to the eye.
