Growth curves for body mass (top) and tibia length (bottom) in Control (C, black squares), Longshanks 1 (LS1, blue triangles), and Longshanks 2 (LS2, red circles). The curves were obtained by fitting a Gompertz logistic growth function to cross-sectional ontogenetic samples in each line. Insets show growth rates for body mass and tibia length by line, based on the first derivative of the Gompertz function.
