Western blotting analysis performed using the anti-PKD2L1 antibody. Vector transfected HEK293T cells as the negative control. (c) Confocal images of immunostaining with PKD2L1-specific antibody (red) reveal the localisation of PKD2L1 WT and PKD2L1 mutants (K452Q, K455Q and K461Q) at the plasma membrane. GFP-F is used as the membrane marker.
