From: Development of oriC-plasmids for use in Mycoplasma hyorhinis
Hemolytic activity of the wild-type and hlyC mutants of M. hyorhinis. The supernatant of wild-type and hlyC mutants of M. hyorhinis were collected and incubated with mouse RBCs. PBS was used as a negative control. The released hemoglobin was determined by measuring the OD at 405 nm. All reactions were performed in triplicate. Data are presented as Means ± SD (n = 3). P < 0.001 versus control.
