The 3D protein structures of influenza HA and NA were visualized using UCSF Chimera program downloaded from the website (https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu). The highly heterogeneous sulfated residues are highlighted in red, whereas the singly glycosylated or non-glycosylated residues with Asn-X-Ser/Thr motif are labeled in grey.
