Sixty-four up-regulated candidate secreted effectors of R. solani AG1IA were analysed by prediction algorithms; a hierarchical clustering statistic method based on Pearson’s correlation (correlation ≥ 98%) and average linkage was used. Red indicates a significant increase in gene expression, black indicates no change in expression and green indicates a significant decrease in gene expression (|log2FC| ≥ 1).
