(A,B) Tubulin (green) and the nucleus (blue) were observed in HepG2 cells treated with or without nocodazole, colchicine and vinblastine for 24 h. Merged patterns of green and blue signals are indicated in (A) panels c and f and (B). (C) Capsid formation as well as total core and actin proteins in HepG2.2.15.7 cells treated with or without nocodazole, colchicine, vinblastine and Bay41-4109 were detected as shown in Fig. 3E. (D) HBV DNA was quantified in HepG2.2.15.7 cells treated with ETV, nocodazole, colchicine and vinblastine for 6 days. Incapable capsid formation in microtubule-disrupted cells.
