(B) Quantification of pull-downs in panel A shown as mean ± SD for three independent experiments. One-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s tests was used to determine significance, where *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001. Loading controls are shown in Fig. S4A. No interaction was observed between free NP/NP-mutants and GST (Fig. S4B).
