DHA inhibited UVB-induced papillomagenesis in hairless mouse skin. Female hairless mice (n = 15 per treatment group) were topically treated on their backs with DHA (10 µmol) 30 min prior to UVB radiation (180 mJ/cm2) three times a week until termination of the experiment at the 23rd week.
