Overview of experimental procedures to test the effects of an acute bout of aerobic exercise on motor learning. A venous blood draw was collected on a separate day from all other experimental sessions. All participants completed a graded maximal exercise test prior to the experimental sessions. Order of experimental conditions (rest, exercise) was pseudorandomized and balanced across the sample.
