  1. Fourteen differentially expressed miRNAs were differentially expressed between DCs incubated with HMGB1 and DCs incubated without HMGB1. The corresponding absolute fold change threshold and P value were ≥1 and ≤0.05, respectively. Of the miRNAs, seven were significantly up-regulated and seven were significantly down-regulated.
