(b) Thermal diffusivity of dynamic PP ball was relatively low in the vicinity of the fricitional contact region, in which more frictional heat was more accumulated near the contact interface (as shown in Fig. 3(b)), and the T max of PP-H62 was 171 °C. (c) A dynamic brass H62 ball rubbing on three static polymer PP plates (H62-PP). (d) Thermal diffusivity of dynamic brass H62 ball was relatively fast in the vicinity of the frictional contact region (as shown in Fig. 3(e)), and the T max of H62-PP was 122 °C.
