From: Protein interaction network of alternatively spliced NudCD1 isoforms
DHX15 interacts with NudCD1 isoform 1 only. To validate the interaction identified by mass spectrometry, co-immunoprecipitation experiments were realized in U2OS FT cell lines expressing NudCD1-GFP isoforms 1, 2 or 3 and co-transfected with a Myc-tagged DHX15. A GFP immunoprecipitation (A) and then the reciprocal immunoprecipitation with a Myc antibody (B) were performed and revealed with Myc and GFP antibodies.
