DHX15 interacts with splicing factors from the SF3 complex. (A) Control cells were grown in “light” (L) media and cells expressing GFP-DHX15 were grown in “medium” (M) SILAC media. Following lysis, total cell lysates are mixed and subjected to immunoprecipitation using the recombinant GFP-Trap_A reagent. The graph represents the proteins enriched in the immunoprecipitation with a log2 of the enrichment ration in the x-axis, and a log10 of the intensity in the y-axis. (B) A functional protein association networks using STRING shows several known interactions between members of the splicing factor SF3 complex.
