(A) Yeast-two-hybrid assay to determine interaction of FePYR1with the indicated downstream PP2C proteins. (B–G) Seed germination assay of FePYR1 transgenic plants driven by the 35 S promoter (B–D) and FePYR1 transgenic plants driven by the inducible RD29A promoter (E–G) in 0.5 × MS media supplemented with 0 μM (B,E), 0.5 μM (C,F) and 1 μM (D,G) ABA. Wild type (Col-0) and pyrl1pyl1pyl4 mutant plants were used as controls. The germination rate of all genotypes were counted at the 7th day after sowing. Error bars are means ± SD of biological triplicates. Each treatment contained at least 50 seeds.
