Emulsification visualization of the FeAl-SiO2 system at higher resolution via the HT-CSLM. As noted in the main text, the HT-CSLM effectively views a 2D slice of the sample; this results in perturbations from lower in the sample appearing as a halo of in-focus white line or spots around the parent droplet such as seen at 9 seconds, this is also the reason the image at 11 seconds shows a continuous metal phase, as overlapping droplets will appear as one mass.
