Spatial distribution of predicted crop damage by moose (Alces alces) across cultivated regions of the Prairie and Boreal Plains ecozones of Canada based on a resource selection function model using boosted regression tree analysis. Coloured/shaded areas have agricultural crop cover; white areas have no crop production. The map was based on landcover data from 2010 and produced using ArcMap version 10.2 (Environmental Systems Research Institute; www.esri.com).
