Characterization and quantification of exosome levels in serum samples from healthy controls and NSCLC patients. Bar graphs show concentration of exosomes calculated by the NTA system (D) and protein quantification (E). The data and images are derived from three or more independent experiments. Statistical analyses were performed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), with Tukey post-hoc analysis. The symbol “*” indicates significant differences compared to control with p < 0.05.
