Efficacy of prothioconazole on the leaf lesions of Leptosphaeria maculans (yellow) and L. biglobosa (blue). Oilseed rape cotyledons (cv. Catana) were inoculated with either L. maculans or L. biglobosa conidial suspension (×106). At 6 days post inoculation (DPI), cotyledons were sprayed with prothioconazole at 0 µg ml−1, 2 µg ml−1 or 20 µg ml−1 concentration (a). Lesion diameter (mm) was recorded and average lesion diameter calculated as percentage compared to control (b). Error bars represent standard errors of the mean.
