TLQ mutations have no effect on thermal stability of a mAb. Comparison of the thermal unfolding of a wild-type anti-TNFα IgG1 to the same Ab harboring either the TLQ or Q311R mutations, measured by differential scanning calorimetry. Specific heat (Cp) is plotted vs temperature. The transition of the CH3 domain is indicated. Data represents the average of two independent experiments.
