NGR1 strengthened the cooperation between GRP78 and PERK/IRE1. Coimmunoprecipitation was used to measure the bonds between GRP78 and PERK/IRE1. OGD/R weakened the bonds between GRP78 and PERK/IRE1. NGR1 strengthened the bonds between GRP78 and PERK/IRE1, while the function of NGR1 was blocked by m-3M3FBS, and PERK/IRE1 binding with GRP78 was reduced in the OGD/R + NGR1 + m-3M3FBS group.
