Suppressing miR-214 in OVX-ASCs altered exosomal miR-214 and cytokine secretion. (a) Exosomal miR-214 level relative to that of Mock group. (b) Protein assay images. We mock-transduced OVX-ASCs (Mock group) or co-transduced OVX-ASCs (214S group) as in Fig. 1, isolated extracellular exosomes at 3 dpt and analyzed the exosomal miR-214 by qRT-PCR. Exosomal miR-214 from Sham-ASCs were analyzed in the same manner. Cytokines in the supernatant were analyzed at day 15 using a protein array.
