From: Exploring Voluntary Vaccinating Behaviors using Evolutionary N-person Threshold Games

The effects of initially vaccinated individuals on the final vaccine coverage level for varying relative cost c on regular networks, random regular networks, small-world networks, and scale-free networks with average degree 〈k〉 = 4. The percentage of initially vaccinated individuals is set to be 10%, 30%, 50%, 70%, and 90%, respectively. The basic reproduction number is R 0 = 2.0. It can be observed that the results are consistent for different percentages of initially vaccinated individuals on the four types of networks.
