From: Estrogen receptor 1 (ESR1) regulates VEGFA in adipose tissue
Effects of Esr1 silencing on VEGFA mRNA expression. Esr1 gene was knocked-down using siRNA, after 48 hours cells were treated with 10 nM of E2 and collected after 24 hours. Data were presented in mean ± SEM values. &p < 0.05 vs control; $p < 0.05 vs E2 (n = 3 independent rounds of cells).
