Synergetic activation of HIV-1 expression by BET inhibitors combined with other LRAs. (A) C11 cells were incubated with either single BET inhibitors or in combination with prostratin or TNFα for 72 hours. Percentage of GFP-expressing cells was determined by flow cytometry.
