Graphical overview of the pulse-shapes studied in this paper. All pulse-shapes were designed to be charge balanced, i.e. the first and second phases have equal, but opposite, charge. Additionally, all pulses were designed so that for any given first phase amplitude, each pulse-shape delivers the same amount of charge per phase.
