All cell lineages within human PBMC important for antigen presentation label with 19F-PFC. Human PBMC were cultured overnight with a red fluorescent version of the 19F-PFC and flow cytometry was used to qualitatively assess 19F-PFC incorporation. Three different cell concentrations (2–10 × 106 cells/mL) and three different 19F-PFC labeling concentrations were employed (2.5–7.5 mg/mL).
