Time courses for metabolism of 20S(OH)D₃ analogs in phospholipid vesicles by rat CYP24A1. 20S(OH)D₃, 4, 13, 23 and 33 were incorporated into phospholipid vesicles at a ratio of 0.018 mol/mol phospholipid and incubated with 0.14 µM rat CYP24A1 at 37 °C. Products were analyzed by HPLC.
