JQ1 inhibited proliferation and transdifferentiation of lung fibroblasts postirradiation. (A) Cell viability of 10 Gy-irradiated NHLF treated with different concentrations of JQ1 for indicated time. Cell proliferation was normalized to the irradiated NHLF without JQ1 treatment. (B) Inhibitory effect of JQ1 on irradiation induced α-SMA expression in NHLF cells. JQ1 pretreated NHLF cells were irradiated at the dose of 10 Gy, cultured for 6 d, and fixed. Immunofluorescence staining of α-SMA was performed as described in Materials and Methods. (C).
