Effect of Nrf2 siRNA and GSH inhibition on HepG2 cell DNA damage and migration exposed to AITC. Allstars (AS) was used as a control for knockdown. Cells were incubated with 2.5 μM AITC or DMSO (0.1%) control with/without 50 μM BSO co-treatment. (A) DNA damage was measured by the Comet assay after 24 hours treatments. (B) Cell migration was measured by the Wound assay after 48 hours. Data are presented as mean ± SD (n ≥ 3), **p < 0.01 between the indicated groups (t-test).
