Kruskal-Wallis and Dunn’s tests were used to determine differences among land use systems, and permutation test for differences between seasons. Only parameters differing significantly between seasons in each land use system are shown, if they did not differ, samples of both seasons were merged. The enzymes included in the analysis are given in the Supplementary Material Table S3.
